Ello mates

I was thinking to myself how much money i threw away in my playing years of gw, and this is what i came up with, and im emberased :S

5x full 15K armors on deleted characters = 300K
accidently deleted req 8 15^50 tyrian longsword back in the days they were 100K+ = 125K
deleted edgar the crosseyed with legendary skillhunter = 281K

total 706K

well thats money that i absolutely got nothing for in return
im sure i wasted a lot more but cant remember more atm..

If you mean wasted as in spent money that you didn't get any value for (as opposed to, say, something like minis which have no utilitarian purpose but have value in terms of pleasure of ownership), I'd have to say not too terribly much.

I've bought several sets of 1.5k armor which I ended up not liking how they looked on my chars and so deleted, maybe 1 set of 15k that suffered the same fate.

I paid 55k for a req 8 +15%/-10AL Golden Pheonix that I ended up never really using, same for a Tarnok's Recurve I blew 18k on; I still have both of them, though. Prob a few more similar instances, but heroes have gotten a lot of that type of stuff, so no real loss there.

Haha yeah i just tried to add up as much as i could but after countless character deletions and rebuilds i got completely lost

i have no idea exactly but it would figure up in the high millions easily.

I merched a hell of alot of stuff too back when farming places so atleast i know the merchants are nice and rich!

OMG, I can't remember this without wanting to cry, but putting a rune in a piece of armor that had a superior rune of Vigor. All for being on a damn rush.... thrice in all my 2 and a half years of playing GW.

I'd say about 1.5 million. Mainly because I wasted ton of gold on money sinks like keys and crafting materials for the first 9-10 months I played GW. I spent about 50k on my GH and over 100k on Vabbian armor(dyed black of course) for my Derv. My main, Vala, has had at least 10 different armor sets and only one was crafted after last April's update so I paid the original price for most of it. In more recent times I've spent money to give my less used toons farming builds. *lol*

FoW, Vabbis, Golden title, INSANE amount of other armours, massive amount of skills, weapons, gifts for people I like, ...

Id say well over 2 million counting...guilds/halls/npcs that Ive done. 15ks deleted due to lack of storage. And random weapons that i ended up customizing that I never used...

In the millions for me too ... Bought an insane amount of perfect weapons / armorsets for deleted characters, still have some perfect r7's stored ... FoW sets for practically every character I liked it for ... minis that are worth 500e + and I can keep going for a while ...

Thousands, easily. Between elite armor and boardwalk tickets? Phew. I've also bought minis, but not any really expensive ones.

Bear in mind that I play very casually, no farming. Thousands to me is millions to a dedicated farmer.

Millions. Had my account hacked a few months ago and had all of my characters deleted. 6 characters with FoW and atleast 3 pairs of 15k armors on each character. And this was back when ectos were 6.5-7k and shards were like 3-4 :/

2+ million for me as well. I've got 2 sets of FoW that I probably bought have of the materials for because farming gets tedious, an assortment of 15k, Ancient, and Vabbian Armors, a few hundred thousand blown on (un)lucky titles, hundreds of thousands spent for tomes, weapons, runs, and other miscellaneous things.

I'm pleased with most, though. Some I come to regret, but, that's how it goes.

Warrior alone:
9 sets of 15k armor
4 sets of 1.5k armor
chaos axes, sephis axes, elemental swords, etc.....

can't put a price on it, but money well spent none the less
